Trigonox® 101 is a bifunctional peroxide which is used for the crosslinking of natural rubber and syntheti rubbers, as well as polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Trigonox® 101 have excellent scorch safety, and under certain conditions one step mixing is possible. Safe processing temperature: 135°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 min.). Typical crosslinkingtemperature: 175°C (rheometer t90 about 12 min.).

ZC-DC191 resin is an unsaturated polyester resin with phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride and Standard glycol as the main raw materials. It has been dissolved in cross-linking monomers such as styrene and has high viscosity and medium reactivity.

Trigonox® 101-45S-PS is a 45% formulation in paste form.

Trigonox® 101-45B-PD is a dialkyl peroxide, 45% active ingredient on CaCO3 for ease of dispersion in an elastomer compound and controlled dusting.

Trigonox® 101-50D-PD is a 50% formulation on an inert carrier syteme in powder form.

Trigonox® 117 can be used as an initiator for the polymerization and copolymerization of styrene in the temperature range between 100°C and 130°C. In a mass process Trigonox® 117 can be advantageously used to increase polymerization rates. In suspension polymerization processes Trigonox® 117 is an efficient peroxide for  reduction of residual styrene concentration during the final polymerization stage.
