Product Description

Trigonox 101 is a bifunctional peroxide used for the crosslinking of natural rubber and synthetic rubbers, as well as polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Trigonox 101 have excellent scorch safety, and under certain conditions one-step mixing is possible. Safe processing temperature is 135°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 min); typical crosslinking temperature is 175°C (rheometer t90 ≈ 12 min). Trigonox 101 can also be used for polymer production and acrylics production. Evergreen Chemicals supplies Trigonox 101 as an authorized Nouryon distributor.
