0Product Description
EPOLAM 2040 is a laminating epoxy resin system manufactured by Sika Advanced Resins, paired with either the EPOLAM 2042 or EPOLAM 2047 hardener. The system achieves a glass transition temperature (Tg) above 80°C, with a gelation time of 100 to 300 minutes depending on the hardener selected.
Key properties include very low viscosity, outstanding wetting of reinforcements, good behavior in moist environments, good mechanical properties, and good wetting ability on balsa wood and foam core materials.
