LOCTITE® FREKOTE® FMS™ is a solvent-based polymer sealer designed for fiberglass-reinforced polyester, epoxy and other composite molds.It seals microporosity and minor surface imperfections, helping create a smooth, high-gloss base for uniform release agent application. It is especially suitable for new molds, repaired molds and composite molds with porous surfaces.

Product Selection Guidance

LOCTITE FREKOTE FMS is a mold sealer, not a standalone mold release agent.It is used during mold preparation to seal microporosity and create a uniform base. After the sealer has cured, an appropriate FREKOTE mold release agent should be applied according to the resin system, molding temperature and production process.FMS is particularly suitable when working with new, repaired or porous fiberglass and epoxy composite molds.
