Product Description
AME 5500C is a thixotropic, modified vinyl epoxy resin developed by INEOS Composites exclusively for marine applications. It offers strong resilience, blister resistance, excellent fatigue life, and toughness. AME 5500C is suitable for constructing marine laminates where low shrinkage, improved strength, impact resistance, blister resistance, and surface profile are required.Cured laminates made with AME 5500C outperform conventional polyester resin systems, while the resin retains excellent wet-out and handling characteristics across a variety of shop conditions.
