Neogel® 8305-I-0052 is a neopentyl glycol isophthalate gel coat. It has excellent comprehensive performance, excellent UV resistance, light transmittance and water resistance, excellent mechanical properties and product appearance, and has passed RINA certification

Application

Neogel® 8305-I-XXXX is a pre-promoted, tactile variant rubber coat, especially suitable for jet operation process.

When using injection equipment, we advise customers to followthe following conditions:

For the compressed air nozzle, the nozzle diameter of 2.0- 3.0mm and the injection pressure of 4-5 atmospheric pressureare required.

For non-air nozzle, the nozzle model is recommended: 18 / 40- 21 / 40 .

In addition, the Neogel® 8305-I-XXXX can also be used in someof the following processes:

Gas-drying molding process (rubber coat label: 8305-T-XXXX)In order to obtain the best use effect, we recommend that thecustomer guarantee the following construction conditions:

The gelcoat were used at temperatures between 18℃ and 25℃Use a curing agent solution with 50% MEKP,concentration in1.0% -2.5% dosage

Coating thickness is not less than 500-600g / m²
