Deawa® DS-13 mold sealer is designed for metal molds and FRP molds which have micro pores, tiny scratchesand defects on the surface. When it is used together deawa® mold release agents, it could greatly improvedemolding effect and prolong mold serve life

Application

1. Mold surface must be cleaned thoroughly,without any wax, sealer and other release agents. Deawa ® mold cleaner could provide excellent cleaning effect in 15-20 minutes(per square meters).

2. Mold surface should be dry and clean before sealing.

3. Get enough mold sealer onto mold surface by a clean cloth(can’t be non-woven), and wipe on a continuous wet film.

4. Use a new clean dry cloth, from outside to inside circularly wipe the surface before the wet sealer evaporate, until the mold surface is dry and clear.

5. Usually 2 layers are recommended for get better effect, allow 15 minutes between each layer to cure fully. (Add 1-2 coats when sealing a new or repaired mold) 6. Allow 30 minutes at room temperature before applying release agents.
