Trigonox 145-E85 is a bifunctional organic peroxide supplied as an 85% solution on mineral oil in liquid form. It is used for crosslinking natural rubber, synthetic rubbers, and polyolefins. The recommended safe processing temperature is 145°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 min), with a typical crosslinking temperature of 185°C (rheometer t90 approximately 12 min).
