Epoxy Resin 0161（E-54） is a liquid resin manufactured from bisphenol-A and epichlorohydin. It is recognized as a standard from which many variations have been developed .A wide variety of curing agents is available to cure liquid epoxy resins at ambient conditions. The most frequently used are aliphatic polyamines, polyamides, amidoamines, cycloaliphatic amines and modified versions of these curing agents. These systems are sometimes cured at an elevated temperature to improve selected properties such as chemical resistance and glass transition temperature. Elevated temperature cures are necessary and long post-cures are required to develop full end properties if anhydride of catalytic curing agents are employed.

WXDIC 1050 is a medium molecular weight solid epoxy resin, which is manufactured from liquid epoxy resin and bisphenol A.

Efka® FA 4608 is a wetting and dispersing additive for inorganic pigments (especially TiO2) and extenders.

Efka® FA 4609 shows outstanding performance in dispersing and stabilizing inorganic pigments in particular titanium dioxide.

Efka® FA 4611 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent. It shows outstanding performance in dispersing and stabilizing of inorganic pigments - in particular titanium dioxide.

Efka® FA 4644 reduces the interfacial tension between pigments or extenders on one side and the vehicle on the other side.

Efka® PA 4401 is a polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments.

Desmodur® N 75 MPA/X is an aliphatic polyisocyanate (HDI biuret) supplied as a 75% solution in a 1:1 mixture of 1-methoxypropyl acetate and xylene. It serves as a hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings, offering high resistance to chemicals and weathering, excellent gloss retention, and outstanding mechanical properties. 

Desmodur® N 3390 BA is a low-viscosity aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), supplied in n-butyl acetate. It is designed as a hardener for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings.

VBF400 vacuum bagging film is made of polyimide. It has good barrier performance, low elongation performance, High strength performance, Ultra high service temperature and good chemical resistant property. It can be used from room temperature to 752°F(400℃) in vacuum autoclave process.

Crosslinker

Desmodur® Ultra N3300 is an aliphatic HDI trimer polyisocyanate designed as a curing agent for high-performance two-component polyurethane (2K PU) coatings. It offers excellent weather resistance, superior gloss retention, strong chemical resistance, and outstanding mechanical properties. 

Release agent

Mold sealer

Deawa ® DS-13 mold sealer is designed for metal molds and FRP molds which have micro pores, tiny scratches and defects on the surface. When it is used together deawa ® mold release agents, it could greatly improve demolding effect and prolong mold serve life.

MODIFIED POLYISOCYANATE PURANATE M26

PURANATE M26 is a modified polyisocyanate brown liquid used as a raw material for polyurethane production. It offers excellent cell openness, high processing tolerance, and is suitable for viscoelastic foams, continuous line foams, and high-resilience molded foams in automotive, furniture, and toy applications.

Flexible Polyether Polyol 

PURANOL F3521 is a flexible polyether polyol with high primary hydroxyl content and strong reactivity, ideal for viscoelastic, continuous line, and molded polyurethane foams.

Butanox® M-60 (Cas 1338-23-4) is the work horse in GRP curing systems, with 10% higher active oxygen compared to Butanox® M-50. Medium-reactive, general purpose methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) with guaranteed low water content, used for curing unsaturated polyester resins in the presence of a cobalt accelerator at room and elevated temperatures.
