The meeting opened with a New Year address by Chairman Mr. Cao (Tommy), who expressed sincere gratitude to all employees for their dedication and hard work throughout 2025. He also shared his vision and expectations for the year ahead, emphasizing steady growth, innovation, and teamwork.

In his annual review, Mr. Cao gave the company’s overall performance in 2025 a score of 81 points.

71 points were attributed to the company’s strong performance in its core chemical business;10 points were awarded to the new robotics business, recognizing its promising start and future potential.

Mr. Cao provided comprehensive comments on each department, addressing both strengths and shortcomings in their work practices, and outlined concrete improvement directions to support stronger execution and collaboration in the coming year.

The annual meeting was filled with energy and creativity. Each department prepared performances, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere. The Sales Department won first place with their chorus performance “Meteor Shower”, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience. The event also featured interactive games, lucky draws, and entertainment sessions, bringing laughter and strengthening team bonds.
