Trigonox 101-45S-PS is a 45% formulation in paste form, used specifically for the crosslinking of silicone rubber. Safe processing temperature is 135°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 min); typical crosslinking temperature is 175°C (rheometer t90 ≈ 12 min). Unlike the other grades in this active-ingredient family — which target natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and polyolefins — Trigonox 101-45S-PS is positioned specifically for silicone rubber systems.
