Description
NPEL-127E is an undiluted liquid epoxy resin from Nan Ya, chemically a diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A, with a lower viscosity (8,000–11,000 cps/25°C) than the company's NPEL-128E grade while providing similar properties after cure. Cured with a polyamine or polyamide hardener, it delivers maximum mechanical strength, good chemical resistance, and excellent heat resistance in high-purity applications.
NPEL-127E is the low-chloride variant of Nan Ya's standard
NPEL-127 resin, with hydrolyzable chlorine capped at 300 ppm versus 1,000 ppm max for the standard grade — the lower ionic chloride content is what makes NPEL-127E more suitable for electronic applications, where trace chloride can affect long-term reliability of electronic assemblies.

Chemical Composition
Diglycidyl ether of Bisphenol-A
Application
NPEL-127E is used in laminates, filament winding, encapsulation, civil engineering, tooling, and adhesives, with particular suitability for electronic applications given its low chloride content.
Storage
Shelf life is at least 12 months in sealed containers at ambient temperature. If NPEL-127E develops haziness or crystallites during storage, it can be restored to its original condition by warming to 50–60°C with stirring.
Handling Precautions
This product may cause skin and eye irritation. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. For eye contact, flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.
