Product Description

LOCTITE® FREKOTE 770-NC™ is a solvent-based, semi-permanent mold release agent built for the harder release jobs in composite fabrication — particularly filament winding and non-gel-coated polyester and fiberglass molding, where standard release agents tend to struggle. It releases epoxies, polyester and vinyl ester resins, thermoplastics, adhesives, and rotationally molded plastics, curing at room temperature to a film stable up to 400°C. Compared to general-purpose release agents, 770-NC™ is tuned for high slip and a high-gloss finish while still avoiding contaminating transfer and mold build-up, making it a good fit for fabricators running demanding, tough-to-release composite processes.
