Product Description

Neogel 8373-I-0000 is an ISO-NPG transparent gelcoat manufactured by AOC, developed for automobile parts, sanitary ware, cultured marble, and furniture. It combines excellent appearance and transparency with good mechanical properties and good resistance to water and weather. It is UV stabilized and approved by RINA.

Application

Neogel® 8373-I-0000 is pre-accelerated thixotropic, ready for use and available in Spray type.

It is applied with conventional equipment with these recommended settings:

• Spray gun (nozzle φ 2.0-3.5 mm, pressure 4-5 bar)

• Airless equipment (nozzle types: 18/40-21/40)

It can also be supplied in a standard or additional versions on request:

• Paraffinated Spray (Neogel® 8373-T-0000)

In order to obtain optimum performance it is advisable tooperate as follows:

• Temperature between 18℃ and 25℃

• Cure with recommended MEKP* 50% catalyst solution, adjust amount between 1.0-2.5%

• Thickness of the film 500-600g/m²
