ZC-MTHPA is a liquid anhydride curing agent for epoxy resins (CAS 11070-44-3). It offers long-term storage stability at room temperature, a low freezing point and low volatility, and is widely used for casting, impregnation and winding of transformers, motors, capacitors and other electrical insulation parts. It is available in HC2000/HCF2000 and HC2200/HCF2200 grades.
Product Specificaiton
ZC-MTHPA is a liquid anhydride curing agent for epoxy resins (CAS 11070-44-3, molecular formula C9H10O3, molecular weight 166.17). It is a colorless to light yellow liquid with an anhydride group content of at least 41.0%.
As an epoxy curing agent it provides long-term storage stability at room temperature, a low freezing point (≤ -15°C), low volatility and low viscosity, which makes it easy to handle in casting, impregnation and winding processes. It is also suitable for solvent-free coatings, laminates and epoxy adhesives.
The product is supplied in two viscosity grades, HC2000/HCF2000 (30–50 mPa·s) and HC2200/HCF2200 (50–70 mPa·s), so the grade can be matched to the application and technical requirements. Refer to the Certificate of Analysis (COA) of the specific grade for detailed specifications.
