PS100 is made of polyester yarn after washing and heat treatment. Peel pliesstrip off of cured laminates leaving a textured surface, reducing time spent handfinishing. Less time abrading in preparation for secondary bonding or painting. Highly drapable weave style can be applied over shaped parts easily.

Application

Peel Ply is a high temperature fabric that is used in the vacuum bagging process. It is an ideal release material used directly against the laminate where a textured surface is required.Peel Ply is a plain weave nylon fabric with red stripe. Under scoured and heat set process, the surface is very clean and the fabric is very strong which gives perfect release property, widely used in vacuum infusion process.Surface clean withoutpollution, good resistance to tear, stability under high temperature, it can easy to spray paint processing, with good mold release.Peel Ply developed for applications such as resin infusion and hand lay-up.
