SWANCOR EzCiclo RB513 is a two-component recyclable resin system comprising special epoxy
resin main agent and hardener. This resin system which is especially suitable for manufacturing of wind turbine blades, yachts, and other large-scale structural parts is dedicated for room-temperature curing hand lay-up. The major advantages include moderate viscosity, adjustable pot life, and good infiltration with glass fiber and carbon fiber.
Description
EzCiclo RB513-A is a two component recyclable epoxy- amine resin system for making glass fiber and carbon fiber reinforced composite. This recycle epoxy-amine repair resin system provide 3 types of hardener with different reactivity which could be applied for specific process & environment. Good wetting ability toward to glass fiber and carbon fiber and could perform good mechanical properties. Composite material applied by EzCiclo RB513-A/B system could be degraded by CleaVER with suggested process.

EzCiclo RB513-A is mainly consisted of epoxy resins, and hardener EzCiclo RB513-BF, BS & BL are composed of aliphatic and cycloaliphatic amines. Crystallization is almost unlikely found for A and B component. Once crystallization happen, the crystallization must be removed by warming up before processing if necessary.
