Carbon fiber multiaxial (non-crimp) fabrics with 0°, 90°, and ±45° layers for wind blades, marine, construction, and sports composites.
Product Description
Our carbon fiber multiaxial fabric range is composed of warp (0°), zonal (90°), and/or oblique (±45°) carbon fiber layers, stitched together with polyester thread rather than woven — a construction commonly known as a non-crimp fabric (NCF). Because the fibers lie straight rather than crimped over/under each other as in woven fabric, multiaxial fabrics generally deliver higher in-plane mechanical properties per unit weight.
These fabrics are widely used in ships, construction engineering, wind turbine blades, sports and leisure equipment, and other high-performance composite products.
For a woven carbon fiber alternative, see our carbon fiber woven fabric range. For mold preparation and resin systems used alongside these reinforcement fabrics, see our epoxy resin and vinyl ester resin product lines, and our mold release agents.

Based on which fiber directions carry weight in each code, this range spans five distinct constructions:
● Unidirectional-biased (CL-series) — CL300, CL400, and CL600 carry almost all their weight in the 0° direction, with only a small amount in other directions for stability during handling.
● 0°/90° biaxial (CLT-series) — CLT200 through CLT800 split weight evenly between the 0° and 90° directions.
● ±45° biaxial / bias (CBX-series) — CBX100 through CBX800 split weight evenly between the +45° and −45° directions only, suited to applications dominated by shear or torsional loads.
● Triaxial (CTLX-series) — CTLX600 and CTLX800 combine 0°, +45°, and −45° layers.
● Quadaxial (CQX-series) — CQX600 and CQX800 combine all four directions (0°, +45°, 90°, −45°) in equal weight, giving quasi-isotropic in-plane properties.
