Its excellent lubrication isparticularly suitable for use in complex molds and molds with rough surfaces. CLE-705with low transfer rate, it doesn't affect subsequent processes like bondingor painting without requiring pre-treatment. CLE-705 is ideal for producing high- gloss products while reducing mold fouling. Operating within 10-80°C temperaturerange and functioning below 450°C, this material can be directly applied to hot-moldsurfaces.
Typical Application
Suitable for thermosetting resin, thermoplastic resin, polyester resin, epoxy resinand phenolic resin. For complex structure mold has excellent demolding effect
