Product Description
BS-2818 is a high-purity zinc stearate offering excellent external lubrication performance, good dispersibility, superior mold-release properties, anti-blocking behavior, and outstanding thermal stability. The product surface is smooth and fine, and it can also serve an isolation and waterproofing function in finished formulations.
BS-2818 is widely used across the rubber and plastics industries, including pipe and fitting manufacturing, PVC and related stabilizer systems, construction materials, medical and cosmetic applications, and the paper industry. It is commonly applied in polymer systems such as ABS, PS, PE, CPE, PP, BMC, SMC, PVC, and phenolic resins.

Standard general grade — outstanding lubrication, dispersion, and release performance; smooth, fine surface; isolation and waterproofing function.
Stabilizer-industry grade — outstanding heat resistance with a synergistic effect alongside calcium stearate; good initial and long-term heat stability; not easy to precipitate; suited to transparent material production.
High-purity petrochemical grade — for large petrochemical customers; pure product with no impurities or black spots; outstanding lubrication and isolation performance for consistent processing of granular products.
BS-2818P — premixed, special low-dust, ultra-thin zinc stearate; pure product with excellent lubrication and heat resistance, supporting dispersion lubrication and particle uniformity at high yield.
BS-2818G — premixed, special low-dust zinc stearate; pure product with outstanding lubrication performance at high yield; commonly applied in ABS, PS, PE, CPE, PP, BMC, SMC, PVC, and phenolic resin systems.
