On September 29, 2026, Evergreen held its Q3 OKR Review Meeting, bringing together teams from Administration & HR, Purchasing, Operations, International Sales, and Domestic Sales.

Each department reviewed its Q3 objectives and key results, shared the effectiveness of weekly OKR meetings, discussed challenges and areas for improvement, and highlighted successful practices from the quarter. The teams also presented their Q4 OKRs and action plans.

While different departments focused on their own business goals, the meeting emphasized the importance of cross-functional collaboration, efficient execution, and long-term development.

At the end of the meeting, General Manager Cao shared his thoughts around one key theme: “Go Beyond.”
